Warewash Division Description:
The Warewash Division of the Food Equipment Group is seeking a Project Manager for its Troy, OH facility, located 20 minutes north of the Dayton metropolitan area. The Warewash Division produces Hobart, Stero, and Somat branded commercial dishwashers and waste equipment for use in hotels, casinos, restaurants, health care, cruise ships, schools and universities and retail.
The division drives growth of its business through sales strategies, a pipeline of new product development (NPD) and through enhanced customer facing approaches to enhance our competitive advantage. Division goals also include attracting and retaining the best talent reflective of our local and global communities.
With a dual reporting relationship to the Assistant Controller and Division HR Director, the Admin/Finance Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of activities that support the Warewash Division – Tech Center. Some of the activities will include providing administrative support to the VP/GM, assisting the finance department, and handling day-to-day office assignments.
Complete monthly reports
- Complete monthly reports
- Accounts payable invoice entry
- P-card transaction download and distribution
- Accounts receivable transactions
- Participate on employee activity committee
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Arrange maintenance for company vehicles and maintain records
- Schedule all-employee meetings
- Mobile telephone administration
- Set up employee meetings at Tech Center and Plants as required
- Post employee communications
- Support VP/GM as required
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working in a professional work setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Independent and organized work style that includes managing time and prioritizing workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrates good listening skills
- Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and employee information
