  •   Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing and reporting process
  •  Capex preparation and review
  •  Leading outlooking process and Annual Plan process
  •  Development, analysis, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and incidental statistical or accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability and performance
  • Manage monthly Payroll, statutory analysis, and reporting
  • Guides and directs the activities of the Finance Department in all functions including cash receipts and disbursements, credit and collection processes, invoicing, expense approval and reporting
  • Prepare/review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for specified general ledger accounts including cash, inventory, fixed assets, and liability accounts
  • Act as an interface between techs and users with ERP software and MS Office
  • Point of Contact for any IT related activities


  •  Bachelor's degree and/or master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics and up to 5 years of experience within Finance Department in a manufacturing environment
  • Accounting background and willingness to learn
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or working towards it, desirable but not mandatory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with navigating an ERP system.
  • Basic experience on project management
  • Basic experience on change management
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Basic experience in IT projects implementation
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond in a timely manner to significant inquiries, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
