As the Market Development Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and supporting marketing programs and campaigns focused on key products to support funnel generation and sales for the accessories business. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams and deliver sales training and enablement programs with the goal of maximizing sales effectiveness. This may be done in-person or virtually. You will work directly with customers, provide live product demonstrations, and provide technical sales support for the global sales organization as required.
Successful applicants should have a technical or scientific graduate education, a passion for technology and customer driven innovation, and good understanding of materials testing and applications.
Additional requirements include:
- A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external to the department and organization.
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
- A global mindset. Must be culturally aware and be able to build constructive and effective relationships across the organization.
