You will be responsible for supporting office administrative activities as well as generating revenue from the sale of aftermarket products, supporting the sales team through lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to review performance of existing contracts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cross-selling and working with the wider sales team to maximise Loma’s market share
  • Maximise the retention of existing service contact revenue by building strong customer relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Upload orders to the company’s computer systems, prepare simple customer proposals, keep track of order process and ensure our clients are kept updated.
  • Use your customer contact to identify possible sale leads and promote Loma service offering and prospect new customers. Attend local exhibitions to support the sales teams
  • Update the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their line manager that are essentially related to their duties

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience working within a commercial environment
  • Experience building relationships with customers over the phone
  • Ability to understand company sales tools and work within our Trusted Advisor Ethos
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive and Self-organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to speak and understand English at B1 level
  • IT literate - able to use word, excel, power point
