ITW Medical is comprised of three strong medical product brands - Coeur, Filtertek & Precise - situated to proactively meet the needs of customers in the marketplace.  Coeur is a leading provider of disposable medical products used in diagnostic imaging and other medical procedures.  The Filtertek product line is comprised of custom plastic insert molded filtration and flow control components for global OEM medical device customers.  Precise Biomedical provides preventative maintenance, service support and parts for power injectors used in the medical imaging market.   


General Description:

This position is a paid internship for the summer of 2022 (not necessarily located in Hebron).  It will include Strategic Sales, Marketing as well as some Project Management responsibilities.  The key objectives will be to drive selling and business development efforts through Sales analytics efforts. This position will also be responsible for projects related to the division’s organic growth strategy, marketing materials for key business initiatives and the division’s digital strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Commercial & Innovation teams to formulate customer profiles and value propositions that drive divisional efforts in targeted selling and core market expansion. This will involve reading market reports, Annual reports of key companies and understanding the products that ITW Medical manufactures and their unique space in the supply chain.
  • Learn how to use Power BI and help drive adoption within the Sales team. Drive Power BI reporting and Dashboard creation to enable Sales managers to see trends and drive decision-making in the business. Tailor dashboards to key business segments and automate data wherever possible.
  • Collaborate with distributors and other channel partners on lead management and generation for the ITW Medical business.

 Qualifications:

  • 3rd or 4th year Student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with a strong, demonstrable interest in business
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
  • Time management and project management abilities
