As the Manager, Enterprise Talent & Leadership Development you will be responsible for providing guidance and support for ITW’s talent management and leadership development efforts with the purpose of developing and enhancing the enterprise leadership pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support to Human Resources and Business Leaders in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the quality, quantity, and diversity of the enterprise talent pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain key resources to support the effective management and development of the ITW Leader attributes, including talent assessment, new leader onboarding, 360 feedback, executive coaching, and development planning.
  • Oversee and manage high-potential development program, learning initiatives, course content and program curricula ensuring appropriate outcomes.
  • Support and improve employee engagement systems and other data insights to support our businesses in understanding, measuring, and improving culture within their businesses.
  • Leverage data & insights to inform program design and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience driving results in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning efforts.
  • Skilled in learning facilitation and content delivery with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms.
  • Proficient project management skills, from concept to planning, to implementation, to results measurement. Proven ability to review existing processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Effective communication, influence, and collaboration skills with external partners and internal audiences.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-orientation with a constant focus on service delivery.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally.
