As the Manager, Diversity & Inclusion you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted strategies to support building a long-term, sustainable talent pipeline with a specific focus on early career talent development and enterprise diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide key support to the execution of ITW’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy, including supporting the growth and impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and creation of tools and resources to build inclusive workplaces across our global businesses.
  • Serve as point of contact and program manager for external Diversity & Inclusion professional development partnerships. Serve as a speaker on Diversity & Inclusion topics on internal forums.
  • Plan, execute and continuously improve the ITW Internship Program and the development of early career talent to ensure it is a meaningful contributor to building a deep and diverse talent pipeline on a long-term, sustainable basis. Oversee intern program execution and ensure a positive intern/new graduate experience leading to conversion.
  • Leverage data & insights to inform decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or closely related experience focused on the management, development, and retention of talent with at least 2 years developing and implementing large-scale Diversity & Inclusion strategies and programs.
  • Skilled in learning facilitation and content delivery with the demonstrated ability to communicate in business terms.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative relationship builder.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-orientation with a constant focus on service delivery.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally.
