ITW is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to join its tax department. This role will primarily focus on preparing transfer pricing documentation and supporting other projects. The Transfer Pricing Analyst will develop a broad base of transfer pricing, tax knowledge, and leadership skills to support advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and filing requirements.
• Participate in fact-finding interviews and draft narratives from the interview notes.
• Extract and analyze complex data and prepare financial models.
• Compile data and responses in support of tax audits and other information requests.
• Communicate transfer pricing approaches to external stakeholders.
• Organize and manage intercompany agreements and other internal files.
• Undertake cross-functional tax projects as assigned.
