Provision of added value analysis and business partnering support to the Avery Weigh-Tronix US Management team.

  • Lead the US bi-weekly financial forecasting and annual budget process
  • Development of meaningful business KPI’s and management reporting information.
  • Communication and explanation of actual and forecast business performance
  • Involvement in the development of the Avery Weigh-Tronix long-term strategic plan
  • Preparation of capital investment appraisals and CBA’s for new product launches.
  • Tracking and reporting of organic growth initiatives, strategic sourcing,  and efficiency improvement projects
  • Product margin analysis and review of product pricing strategies
  • Working capital management to include monitoring, forecasting, and calculation of quarterly inventory provisions
  • Review and simplification of existing inventory and costing procedures

Qualifications:

Degree educated. Ideally with an accounting background but not necessarily CPA qualified.

Prior experience within either a management accounting or business partnering role.

Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable but is not essential.
