    Work as a member of the ITW Performance Polymers North America Finance team to ensure the daily business processes within the role are completed in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures. 

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Prepare and reconcile daily bank activity to the general ledger.

    ·         Manage intercompany cash applications monthly.

    ·         Manage intercompany balances quarterly.

    ·         Report daily sales for North America and consolidate and issue daily divisional      report.

    ·         Perform credit review on new customers.

    ·         Fleet Management which includes:

    o   Coordinate entire fleet management program to includes management of fleet safety program, fuel card management, and capital asset submission for new leases.

    o   Work with Strategic Sourcing preferred vendor on all Fleet matters.

    ·         Review and approve expenses in Concur daily.

    ·         Manage company issued American Express cards including travel and purchasing cards.

    ·         Review and process credit memos on a weekly basis.

    ·         Review and maintain weekly inventory cycle counts.

    ·         Provide back-up for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

    ·         Assist finance team in special projects, reporting, and analysis as needed.

    ·         Promote, support and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.

     

    Qualifications:

    ·         Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

    ·         Strong analytical/problem solving skills are required.

    ·         Highly proficient in Excel.

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    ·         Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent is required.

    ·         Plus 0-3 years of Accounting experience including inventory experience.
