Selected candidate will be responsible for all duties associated with the Implementation and Testing of D365 for warehouse operations and for performing a wide variety of warehouse operations. Under general supervision and direction where a definite objective is set up requiring the use of some standard work procedures. Selected candidate, plans and arranges own work and work of other warehouse associates referring some questionable issues to the leadership team.  Will at times be required to serve in the capacity as Warehouse Coordinators across the operation when other leaders are not available.

Responsibilities: 

  • Project Lead for new ERP System for Warehouse Operations Team
  • Lead Safety Program across the Site Operations
  • Coordinate Testing of ERP system with Superuser’s and IT
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Supervisor & Manager
  • Lead auditing of work performed by associates across Shipping, Receiving and Cycle Counting
  • Lead Operations testing in Semi-Annual ERP update and communicate needs to IT team
  • Able to clear POs (Backing out lines in PO’s which pack-slip was posted incorrectly)
  • Record inventory transactions into computer system
  • Backup Receiving/Shipping supervisor
  • Trainer for Powered Equipment
  • Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties
  • Lead maintenance tasks in Facilities and coordinate with vendors to complete facilities projects
  • Order supplies (indirect and or direct)
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Leads Cycle count initiative/Lead activities for yearly physical inventory. 

Qualifications:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Accredited High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment with parts
  • Receiving parts (stock and non-stock)
  • Shipping Equipment (Domestic and International)
  • Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
  • Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts and weekends

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Associates degree
  • Experience with powered equipment
