Under the direction of the Technical Manager, the Project Coordinator will manage the day to day commercial and operational execution of order fulfillment for the Sources product group. 

  • Understand customer requirements and specifications
  • Interface closely with sales, engineering, quality, regulatory, purchasing, and shipping departments to ensure alignment with customer expectations and on time delivery of product to customers
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team in setting the manufacturing schedule and priorities
  • Develop strong relationships with customer fulfillment contacts, track and follow satisfaction levels
  • Support Sales by establishing fulfillment lead times
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business/technical discipline or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of technical/customer service skills in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management and analysis skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results orientated with creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to simplify and streamline technical conversations with customers
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or equivalent environment
  • Proficient computer and email skills
  • Experience reading/interpreting bills of material (BOMs) and engineering drawings
  • Experience with ERP system; MAPICS preferred
