  • Work collaboratively with Coordinator and Supervisors, who will assign orders.
  • Pick customer orders within established productivity standards via RF technology.
  • Pack customer order using material handling equipment: this includes UPS, LTL and TL shipments.
  • Operate the audit center independently.
  • Complete shipment and receive orders.
  • Observe all the ITW safety policies and procedures; maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Contribute towards process improvement within job parameters.
  • Operate a forklift to drop and replenish items.
  • Unload and load trucks.
  • Prepare loads for shipment.
  • All additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is high when exposed to the manufacturing areas. Certain personal protective equipment is required when in the manufacturing areas. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must be able to lift product and display materials that weigh from 1 pound to 50 pounds on a consistent basis. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, kneel, lift, stand, and walking on hard surfaces such as concrete.

*2nd shift hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm

  • 3+ Year Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Forklift certified
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to operate a reach truck safely
